list some of your favorite characters that are currently M.I.A.

Prodigy from New X-Men was one of my favorites on the team and one of my favorite new mutants in years. I loved his unique powerset. Even after M-Day he remained a compelling character. But loved his new power upgrade by Cuckos and how he became alil more cold-hearted following his break-up with Surge. On top of that he was a brother who was leader of a team. That shit doesnt happen too much.

The Order. I ****g loved that book. I know Slott went on the bigger and better things writing the new Iron Man ongoing, but this team had alot of potential. We didnt get a chance to see how the team would react to the one year roster change. It would be cool to see em appear in something SI related or Uncanny X-Men since they are now situated in Cali.Omega Flight. I enjoyed the mini which featured a who's who in forgetten characters. US Agent, Arachane, the new Guardian, Tailsman, Sasquatch etc. I thought there is alot to explore; including having Canada's superteam being comprised of Americans who didnt want to neccessarily be there & the Guardian (who killed most of the previous team) interacting with the rest of the team.

Speaking of USAgent, how is that we never saw his reaction to the Death & Rebirth of Steve Rogers. I would imagine with his temperant and disposition he would have popped somewhere.

Small correction about The Order and Iron Man. You meant Fraction where you said Slott. I agree though, The Order was a great book.

Anyhow, my favorite M.I.A. character is blackcyke. Where the hell is dude? QC ain't that much fun without his ass boasting about reading shit early and having inside info, while we joke about Wolverine ethering Cyclops in X-books.

Damn GDA I think your thread is about to hijacked.

But...

Where in the hell is Raise, Blackcyke, Mike, DuckmanXL and the others.  I keep seeing a post here or there from Mako and Killa but I guess the others have no idea the IC is back up.  At this rate we'll get another Malik post or thread before these cats show up.

good looks on the correction mr. white. Slott, Bru  & Fraction are my favorite marvel writers right now and i tend to confuse em.

That is true, I guess with the IC going down multiple times and then nobody knowing when things would be back up again...well I figure some of the folks just got tired and found other things to do with their time.  Give it some time and they'll come around.  I just happened to click on the URL and saw that the content on the Community link (Front page) had changed.

very good observation about USAgent. no way that guy sits back and does nothing esp after Bucky-Cap makes an appearance. I did like seeing him with the enchanted crowbar in Omega Flight, haven't seen him anywhere else since. Maybe him, the clone, and Bucky will meet sometime. I would buy it.

Nextwave.  That needs another run ASAP.

As far as singular characters are concerned, I would have to say I miss WW Hulk.  Yes, it's only been like a few months, but I can't ****g stand the backtracking to retarded Hulk.  I also throw a nod to Captain Marvel.  The rise of Cripple to Marvel status was an awesome read, but he's shown up in one book to my count.  Horrible.

I blame Loeb and only Loeb for this. Not only does his Hulk book suck but it completely disregards one of the best stories I've read the last few years.

Welcome back.  *smh@social life dying with the oncoming wave of obscure comic releases*

And Loeb raped the Hulk.  This Red Hulk shit started with a spark, but now it's just garbage.  If people want to build a new character, don't keep baiting like it's an old character.  *Shots also fired at the Jean Grey characters*
