I swear I be ready to kill when I have a killer pitch for a book or a character and I look up and some bitchmade writer has either: A) Implemented it with a twist or B)Killed or is moving a character in a different direction than what I had planned. SOme examples:

1. I had an idea for a book featuring jason todd, cassandra cain, Mercy Graves, and Ryan choi . They'd be on some Mercernary/black ops shit working freelance for  Sgt. Steele since there WAS no longer a Suicide Squad to do missions. It'd be on some Cowboy Bebop/FireFly type of shit and a big aspect of the book would be fleshing out DC's criminal underworld/black Market/ mercenary market/ you get where i',m going with this. Secret Six was touching on this slightly and I was happy that it wasn't an ongoing  (since i'd technically have a chance) until low and behold, it becomes an ongoing (and now on my pull list).

2. I had a pitch for Season 2 of Young Avengers but it hinged on half the team being registered and Marvel's status quo looks like it's going to be shook up soon so you never know what's going to happen to certain characters.

3. I swear I thought of the idea of different Colored Green Lantern rings and Corps back in like '98.

4. Had an Ultimates 3 pitch. Thanks a lot Jeph Loeb.
