Home Video Surfaces Of Oakland BART Shooting


OAKLAND (CBS 5 / BCN) -


 A home video has surfaced showing the events surrounding the shooting death of 22-year-old man by police at a Bay Area Rapid Transit station in Oakland early New Year's day. A copy of the videotape was provided Saturday to CBS 5 by the woman who captured the scene on camera.

Yea it will be forgotten and if this officer or officers get charged with this crime it will be so surprising if they get any prison time. I don't understand why police overused their authority especially in this day and age when you are bond to get caught on videotape. It's funny when someone kills a police officer just like a gang other police officers make sure they get their revenge and then cover it up using some police justification. However when a police kill a normal citizen, it seem like it doesn't even matter just target practice.
