ok dawg. first it may be a good thing that you don't get big no matter how much you eat, cause your going to need to do a bulking phase, and a large amount of the weight you put on will be good weight aka muscle. so, here we go, first of all, if you ever heard of clean bulking, fuck that. for somebody your size (and i am guessing cause you haven't said your height or weight so im gonna assume your small.) eat everything, not just vegetables or fruits and all that eat everything, carbs tons of them protein tons if your growing, probably 0.6 grams per pound of body weight and you'll need fat you need each of these and i don't care where you get them from you can go to mcdonalds for all i care your body has to be in a excess of calories and clean eating wont cut it if you wanna grow.
next your workouts will include multiple muscle groups no curls, or just working your traps. none of that. you want mass gains everywhere, if you just wanna look pretty then this isn't for you. if your looking for size and strenght then your program will consist of deadlifts, squats, benchpress, chinups, pullups, power cleans. rows are optional and outta of my expertise.
Monday Wednesday Friday
powercleans alternate with the deadlifts
in just 3 months of heavy eating and this program i put on roughly 18 pounds 14 or so of it muscle. it's based mainly on a program called starting strength look it up. |
