Ive never been on a first date with a girl I dont know that well before. Ive been on dates but it was with people I had known for quite some time so it really wasnt the same. Im suppose to be going on a date with this girl I know from school on Friday to go see that Max Payne movie and then go chill at a bar since there's like plenty of them in Ybor.

I am terrified and I dont know what to do. I dont really have any kind of fashion sense since I havent had to dress up to go to anywhere in years. What am I suppose to wear on like a first date? Im usually a Hanes white t shirt and jeans kinda guy but thats probably not a good thing to wear on a first date. Like what kind of look should I go for? Also how should I act: Should I be funny or like be funny but not too funny or should I be Joe Cool or something? Im prolly gonna get roasted in this thread but I need help cuz I dont wanna look like a dick.

gear: you can never go wrong with a collared shirt whether it's going to the flix or hitting up a restaraunt. you a young dude so i'd go with the collared shirt and a nice pair of jeans, casual but not too hood. fresh shave, shape up, trimmed nails are always a must.

behavior: be yourself my nigga, you seem like an funny intelligent dude when you're on the boards so let that shine. be attentive without being a puppy dog, be assertive/confident without being a dickhead and most of all be a gentleman. opening doors, getting up when she gets up, pulling out chairs etc is always a good look.

As far as the dress code...

just wear something comfortable and true to your personal style. (as long as it's neat). You may want to put on something besides a white T though. (Remember, you want her to like you for you anyway)

maybe be a good thing but not too much. You don't want her to think
your a creep either. Just act like you already knew her for a min and
whatever you do just don't seem like your nervous

ayo when are yall going? me, my girl, and some friends is suppose to be going to ybor friday night....the pizza and food out there is crack, and we pose to catch a flick (i wanted to see max payne for the dragonball preview but they delayed it)......smh @ me running into your tall goofy self....i should holla out ur screen name and ask the chick if she is going to milk you lmao
