Westside-Lu Posts: 5221	Obama still has not submitted his BC as of 2:28pm 12/16 with the National Election Committee in Washington D.C. As for McCain both of his parents were American citizens in the military at the time of his birth which was in Panama on a military base, so he was always a citizen by both his parents being American. Obama's father was a Kenyan and his mother was american true but she was married to his father and moved to Kenya makeing her have dual citizenship which would cancel out Obama as a citizen of the USA.
