An armed revolution would be the first step in America turning to an authoritarian nation. It won't be a question of if the rebels would be crushed but when. The balance of power during the civil war was much more even then than it is now. The rebels best bet would be to use terrorism and guerrilla tactics but I don't see how they'd be able to maintain that once martial law kicks in. Look at what happened during the Boston bombings. Neighbors will start snitchin on neighbors in a heartbeat. Most Americans don't have the stomach for war overseas so it'll be easier to pass another patriot act when shit pops off locally.
^Agree 100%. I think many libertarians and those on the far left that voted for Obama in 2008 felt betrayed by his policies. I always hear people linking Bush and Obama but don't put things into context. Bush was a idealist and were as Obama is more of a pragmatist. Obama isn't some far left messiah and with the political climate he inherited he'd never win a 2nd term if he acted like one.
I'm all for ass whippin but the sad part is a lot of parents use it as a quick fix especially when mad. Child fucks up in school..ass whippin. Child embarrasses you in front of visitors..asswhippin. After a while it becomes useless. The average ass whippin is like 2 to 5 minutes. Where as addressing the problem takes days or months of constant supervision. As a kid I would take that 5 minutes of whippin anyday over being on probation or a long ass talk.
Gucci about to drop Trap God 2 and I doubt he on there singing gospel spirituals. A college or highschool would a been a better option cause at lesat they can distinguish between rap image and reality.
