Racism is a form of hate/fear, and hate is apart of human nature. It aint going away anytime soon. The best thing black people can do right now is to become a part of the system in order to make changes to it.

Perfect example is baseball. Back in the day we couldn't play with the white leagues so we made our own league which was just as good as the MLB and the rest was history. Guys like Jackie Robinson opened the door for your average black millionaire athlete.
As bad as it sounds I think the success of the affirmative action and civil rights movement kinda set us back a little cause there was no longer a need for black networks like HBCUs and black owned businesses. We kinda lost the drive to form self sufficient networks. We just need to exploit other industries like we've done with sports and entertainment so the youth can see that there are options outside of being a rapper or shooting a jumpshot.
