No, I'm not. Outside the united states other people of African descent are known by tribe and nationality, only in America and a few other places that people are refer to as black due to their brown hue. It's the culture as of large that is the problem, not the pigment.
We don't do that shit on the IC, if you black, you black, if you not, you not. You can call yourself some other shit, but you're still apart of the large group people of the IC refer to as "black".
