Percy being a top 10 wr isnt even debatable.

He has GOAT Potential based on an amazing mainstream debut, not to mention 3 strong(Section.80 was amazing to me) projects before that.
Dude's versatile as hell and very creative.
GOAT Potential to me means he can be one of the top 5 niggas when it's all said and done, and I think he's on the right track so far.
Now, he could very well fall off with his next project, but judging where he can go based off how he's progressed so far, I'd definitely say he has potential to be top 5.
