I had a chance to get a promotion as the Lead Tech, been wit the company for 7 years, always got the best metrics. They did a look back at the entire year and I was in well below compliance for the entire year. No one else was, In the end they gave the job to a nigga that only worked at the company for a year, dem niggaz gonna tell me I aint get it cause Im not a team player and Im not personable.
