May 1 - Man dies car accident -ThatHustle.com

Mary Moore, 45, and her son Thomas Olson, 22, died in separate car crashes that occured hours apart.

WEST ALLIS, Wis. — A Wisconsin woman and her adult son were killed in separate traffic crashes just hours apart in a Milwaukee suburb, police said Monday.

Mary J. Moore, 45, died after she was struck by a vehicle on a street in West Allis. A friend was speeding her son, Thomas M. Olson, 22, to the hospital to see her when he struck three parked cars and overturned, West Allis Deputy Chief Charles Padgett said. Olson was killed in the crash about 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

Padgett said Olson knew his mother had been hit, but he wasn't sure if Olson knew she had died.

"It's emotional. We want to get there fast and sometimes disregard our safety," Padgett said. "I use it to remind people that regardless of the circumstances, be aware of the speed."

The driver of the car OIson was riding in was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He and two other passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Moore was hit as she lay prone in the street. A motorist following the car that struck her told police it looked as though the vehicle hit a speed bump, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's report. The witness did not realize that it was a person until getting closer, the report said.

Padgett said Moore had been drinking before she was hit, but it's not clear how much. An autopsy on her body was expected to be done Monday.

The driver that hit Moore drove off, but officers later found and arrested the person they believe is responsible. That driver may also have been drinking, authorities said.

"In my 24 years (of law enforcement), I've seen a lot of strange things, but don't specifically remember a case like this," Padgett said.

Saigon is the latest rapper to take a few shots at Rick Ross regarding his lyrical content. Talking to SOHH, Sai clearly expresses his disappointment over Rozay and Big Sean’s music. Check it out below:
“Why ya’ll supportin’ a n*gga that promotes the destruction of our community? Why are you doin’ that? Why would you let this n*gga thrive and we don’t know where our next jobs are coming from? He’s rapping about selling kilos of cocaine and selling drugs. This is what he’s about, this whole lifestyle saying he’s so rich and he eats shrimp every night, and ya’ll support this sh*t?,” Sai told SOHH, referring to Ross. “Ya’ll broke and poor and your family’s about to get kicked out. That’s our hit son! That’s his hit. Nobody knows the words to this song, all they know is “ass, ass, ass, ass, ass, ass, ass” [background noises]. We don’t care about “ass, ass, ass, ass,” but this is the society we livin’ in right now. So it’s like alright.”

  • Border agents appear to beat and Taser handcuffed illegal immigrant pleading for his life (Video)

April 23 - Border agents appear to beat and Taser handcuffed illegal immigrant pleading for his life (Video) - ThatHustle.com

New footage aired in a PBS report appears to show several border patrol agents beating and shocking Anastacio Hernandez Rojas at a San Diego area border crossing in May 2010. No agents were charged in the incident after an investigation found Rojas had become combative with the agents.

Disturbing new footage, aired on PBS, appearing to show federal agents beating and Tasering a handcuffed illegal immigrant hours before his death sheds new light on a case that has drawn scrutiny on the U.S. border patrol.

The case of Anastacio Hernandez Rojas gained national media attention in 2010 after he died following a confrontation with border patrol agents who were trying to deport him.

Rojas, 42, and his brother were caught on May 28 sneaking from Mexico into San Diego, where he lived for more than a decade.

Rojas' family said the new videos support their claim that the agents used excessive force on him during the arrest.

The videos were aired in a PBS report called “Need to Know” on Friday.

One clip appeared to show nearly a dozen agents hitting Rojas, then repeatedly shocking him with a stun gun as he lay handcuffed on the ground at a border crossing in San Ysidro, in San Diego County.

Seattle resident Ashley Young, who said she shot the video from a nearby footbridge, told PBS she didn't see Rojas resisting and felt like she was watching "someone be murdered."

A second video, shot by another witness, captured Rojas pleading for his life and shouting for help in Spanish, the PBS report said.

Rojas eventually stopped breathing, and died later at a hospital.

The San Diego medical examiner later ruled the death a homicide and the San Diego police investigated the incident.

But no agents were charged after the U.S. attorney overseeing the case said the coroner found methamphetamine in Rojas' system and charged that the father of five had become violent and fought with the agents while in custody.

Rojas' family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the U.S. government and 12 federal agents, claiming Rojas was beaten, shocked, then left to die.

"It has been two years since Anastacio was killed, and the medical examiner ruled it a homicide, and we are still fighting to get simple discovery," the family's attorney Eugene Iredale told Reuters.

"They applied 3,000 volts of electricity over and over to a helpless, handcuffed man and left him hogtied until he was brain-dead," he said.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection declined an interview with PBS, citing an ongoing investigation, but released a statement saying the agency "stresses honor and integrity in every aspect of our mission.

"We do not tolerate abuse within our ranks, and we fully cooperate with any criminal or administrative investigations of alleged misconduct by any of our personnel, on or off duty," the statement said.

VIDEO: Jay-Z And Kanye West's 'Paris' Now Anthem Of French Presidential Candidate

While America usually veers towards Bruce Springsteen or John Mellencamp for presidential election anthems, French candidate Francois Hollande is taking a different route in their 2012 contest. The front-running challenger to current leader Nicolas Sarkozy has made Kanye West and Jay-Z's "N---as In Paris" his campaign theme in a new video.

The video's content could not be more different than the song's. Rather than the brash, uber-rich bravado of The Throne, the clip depicts Hollande visiting disenfranchised suburbs and highlights the multicultural aspects of French society by showing minorities and their living conditions in a frank manner. Even stranger, the track appears in unedited form, creating a bizarre atmosphere where serious footage is scored by prolific profanity and materialism.

Given Hollande's current 12-point lead in the election, it also appears to be working in his favor. By targeting both minority and youth supporters that relate to Jay and Ye's music, the candidate's style is appealing to sects of voters that may push him over the edge come election day.

Of course, this isn't the only recent instance of "N---as In Paris" causing a stir by appearing wildly out of context. Pop star Katy Perry, performing for Radio 1 Live Lounge in England, did a controversial yet clean cover of the song last month to the Internet's collective amazement.
