  • Yeezus Kardashian Album Thread(June 18 2013)

I'm noticing how other peopls opinion changes you guys views. Know that Kanye, Jay-Z, Eminem, Dre etc. have alot of staff, business partners etc. working for them, hence the name "machine". There's not one album these twitter guys, writers etc. haven't praised pre-release from said artists. It's part marketing.

  • Why Do Down South Cats Like and Support Garbage Rappers?

I will say this tho... when Young Jeezy said "rappin ass niggas, you better do numbers" and people ran with it, that to me marked the beginning of the end of lyricism in the mainstream. You can say it started with 50, but at least he cosigned spitters that were primarily known for rapping. I wouldn't single out the south as a whole, but that particular generation of rappers led by Jeezy and Gucci definitely ushered in the era of rap where you didn't have to be lyrical. Proof: when Waka says "we don't wanna hear that dictionary rap" or some shit like that... then again, he's a fucking idiot in general anyway.

that was 2005 aka the dark ages of rap. Now in 2013, the lyrical cats sell the most and make the most money from bigger tours than their non-lyrical counterparts.

See this is my problem with alotta hip-hop fans. I agree with the overall point of the thread & the t/s, just to make it clear.

They get caught up in this cube were their point of view is what's right. You call 2005 the dark ages, right? With albums like,

"The Documentary" (The Game), "Late Registration" (Kanye West), "Be" (Common) - one of his most popular album aside from being critically aclaimed, "The B. Coming" (Beanie Sigel), "Trauma" (DJ Quik), "The Carter II" (Lil' Wayne), "The Massacre" (50 Cent) - album got mixed review, "Trill" (Bun B), "The Sound Of Revenge" (Chamillionaire), "Thug Motivation 101" - personally never liked Jeezy, but some did., "The Fundation" (Geto Boys) etc. were some of the albums that ruled mainstream 2005.

Underground/not mainstream/the rest? "A.W.O.L." (AZ), "The Minstrel Show" (Little Brother), "Slum Village" (Slum Village), "The Testament" (Cormega), "Put It On The Line" (Ghostface & Trife Da God), "The Surviving Elements" (Pete Rock), "After Taxes" (Sheek Louch), "Monkey Barz" (Sean Price) etc.

So if i argued your point with these albums & some that i didn't even include could you really call it the dark age of rap? See, for you it might be but what makes you think your opinon is law? Just cuz you disliked certain rappers/albums i should?

My point is i'm tired of people basing their opinion on hip-hop or music on memories of their own personal life. One of my favorite years in life related to music was 2001-2002 but that doesn't mean that those years were great/bad in hip-hop or everything after was trash. But i could've been like "that was the last great year(s) in hip-hop" just based off what i remember from those days even if it ain't reality like alotta people seem to do these days.

  • Can i ask women a serious question about accountability with relationships? *a lil long read*

I just watched this video. Laughed my ass off. But what i noticed is how receptive alot of women have been/are on this video or similar kind of videos saying stuff like "Awww, cool couple. I would love to be in a relationship like that", "Aww, he's funny & charismatic", "Couples forget to have fun like this nowadays"..

However, this is not the man those same women saying those things would pick. Also, that's TV. You're only a minute of their or anyone else (ie. Obama couple, Jay-Z & Beyonce etc.) and think y'all got it figured. All you doing is being superficial, judging what you see on the surface. This guy would've been a "lame" to alot of women out there. If not that just friendzone'd the fuck out. Yet when he recieves a status of sorts (money, fame, percieved acceptance by others in your eyes etc.) then y'all want the guy or the same relationship chemistry he brings.

Is is cuz y'all think a PERCIEVED (by y'all!) SOCIAL status/acceptance is another form of potential protection?

    Now, my point is..

These is the man black women (being specific in this case women all over do the same!) usually pick..

    2.) blackman-tats.jpg

    3.) lakeythekid.jpg

Now the odds of any of these gentlemen being what some of you birds want in a relationship are slim, yet they always have females attention. Of course you can be a fun guy even with all of this but the odds are extremelly slim.

My final point and question is, where's the accountability?

It's almost as if you want one thing, keep going for something else just so you can complain about it like your mother, grandmother and friends do. Some of you never dig through the cracks and the surface it's almost always about the perception of what you THINK a dude is around his friends and if it LOOKS believable you'll believe it. What about his actions? What about his skills as a husband/father? What if he ain't the tough guy you PERCIEVE him to be, and can't give you the protection you're lookin for? What if he still lives an old mentality that doesn't fit yours? Etc.

Yes, men do it too. But men don't request MARRIAGE and KIDS only to go out to the strip clubs to find their mate there. Men usually want sex so therefor they go for it where it's at (ie. most clubs etc.).

Yet men still always gets blame as the reason why alot of relationships doesn't work. My thing is what is it about alot of you women out there that don't see or notice what you do yourselves? It's a very common trait with y'all. Is it cuz women usually gets pampered with & get over-protected by family members compared to the boys? What is it.

Bithes are generally retarded and live in a society that does not value intellect and sound reasoning skills in females. Thats what it boils down to.

SOme of it however, is females have always liked aggressive men because of natural survival instincts. When shit hits the fan a nigga with a degree in whatever the fuck cant get you water and food. But an asshole gangsta ass nigga is gonna make something happen for his family.

The problem is this isnt 4000 years ago. We have so-called civilization now. Shit likely wont hit the fan for a long time. Its just an example of how nature and biology does not always coincide with reality of immediate environment.

But most of it is socially induced retardation though. Its mostly an American female problem.

Wow that was some real talk. I get your point about the aggressive men. That is however the same stereotype people in here put on the guys i posted. Meaning just cuz they think a guy with a degree can't doesn't mean he really can't. Getting water and food is also relative. Some women want more, some expect things bigger than that & some unrealistic stuff.

My thing is just okay if that's what you want cool. But down come complaining if he then lacks father skill, being absent alot or anything else. That brings back my earlier point about how women generally look at things superficially and only things on the surface. That's why i said men are pretty superficial too but we usually know where we're going and where to find it. Men who want marriage don't go looking for men in strip clubs and then complain about it later on, just generally speaking.

I get your point tho and i agree with that you said, just trying to look at things from other angles.

Prison dudes ain't checkin 4 Wayne. Wayne's body is way too tight. Like his skin is too tight, which means all his muscles shows and he aint flexible. Fuckin him would be like fuckin ol dude on Pulp Fiction.
But when you look at someone like Prince...uhm. Nice skin, light, feminine, wears heels with the ass out, skinny but still got curves and flesh on him.
Plus he look like he could do a split in a birthday suit with the finger in his mouth and the asshole out smellin like potpurri. His skin is soft and nice for a man in his 50s so that means he takes cum on his face. So he's a freak.
So all the Wayne jokes ya'll got aint hittin licks.

Yeah i was the man that day. Btw how can men act so insecure about that like anyone is forcing yall to peep the photos and when i specifically asked WOMEN..lol. What y'all doing in here?
