Yeah, right Ayn Rand. I work out. I eat a healthy, mostly plant based diet whatever whatever. Just had a check up with a spotless bill of health. Paid for by MY private insurance, b.
Ok. 1) I never said I was cute 2)How am I in denial if I say I'm fat? 3) If my (UT medical) doctors say I'm doing fine, continue with my habits (30 mins of cardio a day, light social drinking, 75% veg diet) am I not supposed to believe them?
If doctor(s) say you're good, really don't have to listen to anybody else for their medical opinion. Wanna police behaviors that cause increased insurance premiums? Go after smokers, heavy drinkers, recreational drug users.
