  • New York Hip-Hop Scene From 1990-1999

The women were hard but sexy. Early 90's NYC women were like dudes with breasts and vaginas lol. The spoke the "son/kid" language in a high pitched voice and cursed like sailors. My old girl in 93 was wearing Filas, a bandanna, guess jeans, and a silver name chain. Even girls who were divas (weaves, make up, girly style dressing) were on some attitude shit but they were sexy. Oh, the biggest difference is they danced to hardcore shit in the club. Wu Tang Aint Nothing to Fuck With for example. That vibe aint change til 96.

  • First it was kreayshawn, Now it's Iggy This black hip-hop generation is the blame for this

you dont gotta be malcolm x to have black pride. 99% of whites wasnt into hip hop until it got commercial, many of them said it wasnt even music in the 80's and early 90's. those whites that knew what time it was i applaud them, but young niggas have no idea how racist they were toward this music until the dollar signs rolled in. then they (label heads and clueless suburban kids) promoted self destructive shit over empowering shit, pop shit over raw shit. they began to control the direction of the artform on a commercial level. fast forward 20 years....now the so called king of rap is a white guy, and white girls can say racist shit as long as niggas think they sexy or they shit is catchy. whatever works i guess......
