Is It Possible To Sync A Ipod Touch Without Erasing All Music ?

anyone have a way around it, or is there no other way but to erase everything and start all over ?

If you bought music from itunes it'll still be there. Other than that I don't know.

Ive had to start over a few times myself so I have all of my files on an external harddrive.
