    From KISS "War Machine" to "Voodoo Child" by Jimi Hendrix to "Let's Get This Paper" by Rich Boy to "Watch What You Say To Me" by T.I., to even stuff like "Sweet" by Common and "2nd Round KO", I like stuff that will fire me up, both mentally and physically to keep me focused.

    my music library in my laptop. I work out in my garage and I have so many album files ripped to my computer just set to random mix and i'm good. oh yeah, jay z's lyrical exercise is a good workout song.
