I heard an ad on the radio for ageless male testosterone supplements. it was saying when you hit 30 years of age you lose 1% of your testorerone every year. testosterone is necessary for muscle growth and development. I am considering this option. anyone has any thoughts or expertise on this?

    @scottiepimpin i was discussing this in the steroid thread, YES once you hit the big 30 your test levels drop... TEST is the fountain of youth, your sex drive drops, your body hold on to fat more, your energy level drops and all types of 🤬 ..

    just started using a test booster that I bought a while back called andritest and started but never finished, I got enough for 15 days I want to see if I get good results in that time if so I might stick with it or change it up to another test booster that gets better reviews or i'll just save the money and stick with protein/creatine/bcaa's/etc...

    It really depends on the person. No doubt T levels drop as you get older, that's natural. But, your diet and current body composition can influence your natural production to a large degree. If you get your diet in check and bodyfat levels down (speaking in general, i don't know you) your natural hormonal levels will be higher.


    With all that said, in order to see where you really stand, get tested.

    If you got a lil money to blow and you don't wanna waste a doctor visit (insurance) on it, just go on labcorps website and schedule a blood test. It might cost about $80 or $150 I forget. I did these a couple of years back. Just make sure you get Free and Total Testosterone tests done. The Free % matters in relation to how much Total you have. Free test is test that your body can actually use.

    If you ever get a T test done, make sure you get it done first thing in the morning before you eat anything. T Levels can fluctuate up and down all day but are usually highest in the morning. Be aware though, that you'll need to do a little research to interpret the results. There's a huge range that's considered "normal", although "normal" typically encompasses ages 25-like 80 seriously. Again, do your research.

    Personally, I don't believe in injecting test, doing pro-hormones, and all that because I don't like manipulating my body in that way, but I won't knock you if you go that route.

    I am 5 days into a d-aspartic acid run. This stuff tastes like chalk - but my libido has shot through the roof. I noticed too that I'm not as tired lately either, even on days with 4-5 hours sleep. All my lifts have gone up, but I am bulking too so that probably is the main culprit. At around 155 lbs I am benching 205 for 6 reps though - a personal best I never hit before I was doing this stack.

    1. The thing is once you're off those your body is 🤬 .
    2. you lose the ability to produce your own testosterone naturally.

    It's like using Rogaine to grow hair.. sure you will grow some hair but once you off that Rogaine everything you gained you will lose quickly and then some.

    Just workout naturally, on some Hershell Walker/Bob Backlund 🤬 and you should be fine. Consistency is key, no shortcuts.

    I used Pes erase alongside daa and mucuna prurient. Good stack. I added 90 lbs to my straight leg dead lifts with it.

    I noticed slight testicular atrophy though. Only lasted bout a week but I was freaking out. Got me worried about trying stronger stuff
