Honestly, if that chick was more innocent I would have felt bad. Nero ain't really bout this life when it comes down to it. He a soft 🤬 NH at his core. That chick was a damn druggie, didn't even know her own kid was cutting himself, drawing demons, and basically a spawn of satan. IMO she should shoulder alot of the blame for the shooting so her getting killed didn't really bother me that much.
But even with that said, I felt uneasy about Jax lying to Nero's face about it. If there is one thing you know about this show, the truth always comes out eventually. Thought Jax might relax with clay gone, but he might be continuing on his trend towards being satan hisself.

Nero knows Jax is lying about the druggie chick or atleast suspects him of such. I'm not totally sure what's going on with Tara. She wants a divorce and is trying to save her boys from being around that club environment, but is she signing over custody to what's her face just in case she goes to jail or just to get the boys away from Jax/SAMCRO no matter if she has to do time or not?

Custody only goes to Wendy if something happens to her. Either way whether through divorce or her going to jail the boys will be away from SAMCRO.
