QuicksilverStatic is one of my favorites but quicksilver's got him. I mean 🤬 his best defenses against a speed blitz come from blocking bullets.

StaticQuicksilver is not The Flash. He's definitely not faster than lightning and his speed is overrated. He cannot 🤬 rush Static or anyone else with a shield.
