Problems sitting on toilet

My problem is my 🤬 so long (nh) it goes into the water. It 🤬 me off cause when I 🤬 I gotta flush quick before 🤬 touch my 🤬 , but then I gotta slightly stand up when I flush so that the swirling 🤬 dont rich my 🤬
If I have diarrhea, I just gotta take a shower after, there is no escape. I tried to ask my doctor what to do, but he don't have my problem.
Any advice?

Damn bruh, when I was being 🤬 trained I didn't have the problem. When I was grown it didn't occur to me to have my dad watch me 🤬 to see if I was doing it right...

Here's what you do...
you take a 1 liter bottle and fill it with water and put it in the toilet tank in the back. Then your water level will be lower.
