Faith Evans is in big trouble.
Notorious B.I.G.'s widow was arrested and charged on suspicion of a DUI Saturday night in Los Angeles, TMZ.com reports.
Sources told the gossip website that officers detected alcohol when the singer was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Marina Del Ray.
This is not the 37-year-old R&B star's first brush with the law.
The "Way You Move" singer was arrested and charged alongside her second husband, Todd Russaw, in 2004 for possession of marijuana and 🤬 .
In order to avoid further prosecution, the couple agreed to spend 13 weeks in a drug-treatment program.
