How much do you bench?
I'm usually starting off on the incline bench doing 4 slow sets of 175-185, 7 to 10 reps and doing the same on flat probably reaching at max up to 195 but I never go heavier than that and my chest seems to grow the most from just going light with that. The next week, I'll do incline and flat with the dumbells usually using 80-85 pound weights and doing 4 sets of 7-10 but I never do decline cause it seems to make me grow man 🤬 rather than tightening it up so I hit flies and dips. I weight 175 mostly solid and cut so is that a good enough weight? How much do y'all bench on chest day and what are your strategies and please no 🤬 ass youtube chest vids of you (Dreadbwoy). I'm just researching routines.
