Playing basketball is a way to exercise and have fun doing it. Exercise is essential in today society. Also, by playing basketball you tend to crave a bit of healthy food, then what you would normally. Also playing basketball could create a change of lifestyle. Basketball gives many people opportunities to succeed.

I am looking into playing college basketball next year and am curious if there is a specific type of weight training program that i should use. I have lifted before, but not with a program that i was consistant with. Any advice?
