Just checked out my body fat percentage after bulking for bout 4 months

13.5% BF
5'8

I'm roughly 23 pounds of fat. I'm gonna cut and get down to 10% before I start clean bulking so what are some tips to burn fat off and KEEP muscle. I'm pretty knowledgeable but yall might have some tips I dont kno.
