How many time a week do you workout and what workouts do you do?

Nobody goes into The Weight Room, so that's why I made this thread in here.

I workout 3-5 times a week(sometimes, I workout twice in one day), and as far as what workouts I do, that depends. I like to alternate- all weights one day and Bowflex/weights the next day. When I work on the Bowflex, I also like to do arm curls, standing military press, butterflies, etc; when I workout with the weights, I do squats, bench press, arm curls with arm weights and big bar, leg curls, sitting military press(front and back), standing military press, etc.
