They IP Banned Trillfate, and at some point him and Allergens had the same IP, so he got caught up in the wave.
They're not removing Trillfate's IP Ban, so Allergens is staying banned with him. -

We don't really know if it's actually closing, I think Jay said it isn't, but people keep saying it is, can't get a clear answer, you know how the IC is. -
