I was listening to a song a produced by 9th Wonder and it got me thinking, 🤬 , this guy was like the underground Kanye...EVERYbody wanted a beat from dude.

Then LB broke up and it was like, wtf happened to this guy? At least Phonte is still making rounds, guest appearances etc.

Anyone got artists they look at like that?

    Since the mid to down fallin of wise 50 beat nelly

    50 was still a big name 05-07 compared to nelly who was big from 00-04 and lukewarm 05-06 imo

    lol nah 50 still make music. Nelly? I dont remember the last time I heard a Nelly record. now as far as talent goes, Ludacris. and its not even close. how the 🤬 u go from possibly one of the nicest ever to "fill her up.... balloons"? gtfoh.

    c/s nelly. 2.5 mill sold of nellyville first week damn near 9 mill within the first year. his new 5.0 🤬 ........... less than 50 thou i believe.
    50 will never be the power house he used to be but he still makes headlines regularly so i wouldnt count him out just yet.
    also, jeezy and game used to be the 🤬 now they can't even get albums dropped. their decline doesnt compare to nelly and 50 though. they get 4th and 5th place.
    3rd place is lil flip. dude went platinum twice i think and was very marketable enough that he was on david banner, three six mafia, and chamillionaires first singles doin big 🤬 . now he is unheard of did yall even know he's made three albums since 08?
    can't think of any other MAJOR downgrades. trick daddy anyone?
