Spider Gwen is from a universe where she was the one that got bitten and Peter died.
Peter supposedly is still Spider Man, with his own book, just more of a mentor role to Miles and dealing with his company. -

that makes sense how did miles come to the 616 universe though. while i'm talking about deaths johhny storm is back. they made it so dramatic when he died. only to bring him back under 5 years later. if they are going to bring a character back wait at least 8 years. the only character that can get a way with an immediate comeback is superman or a 🤬 like thor for example. when nightcrawler died it was hardly noticeable. his funeral service or the aftermath wasn't even somber and damn near every xman has died at one point. -
so johnny is dating madusa and ben is now a gardian of the galaxy. did he replace groot? what became of reed and sue did they retire?

For the last 3+ years Avengers and New Avengers have been leading up to Secret Wars which is going on now. Alt universes were crashing into each other with Earth as the impact point. They'd have to either destroy an Earth and save both universes or watch both die. It came down to the 616 universe and the ultimate universe as the last 2. After Secret Wars the new Marvel Universe will combine people and I think parts of other universes with 616. I think most will remember the way things were. Maestro Hulk will also be in 616.
I kinda feel half and half about deaths. I understand that major characters can't be dead too long, and I don't wanna read about a diff Batman or Thor or whoever, even tho sometimes good stories come from it. But they always seem to a) 🤬 off my favorites, and/or b) 🤬 1 of my favorites as soon as they bring 1 back. Seems we can never have everyone alive together.
The only people I'd like them to bring back are Jean Grey (we know she'll be back), Nova (Rider) and Capt Mar Vell. -

Extraordinary X Men - During the 8 month gap something big will have happened between the Inhumans and the mutants. The Terrigen Mists will start affecting mutants in an unforeseen way and a number of the X-Men's heavy-hitters -- including Cyclops -- will have vanished. A new team led by Storm and comprised of both new and old versions of iconic X-Men will emerge.

Spider Woman solo, and she's pregnant.
The Ultimates return, but not the old team. Now it's Black Panther, Blue Marvel, Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau, Ms America Chavez and Galactus.
Carnage gets a solo.
Scarlet Witch with a solo.
Silk returns with a solo, looks to be going evil like Ant Man.
Uncanny Avengers return with Steve Rogers, Human Torch (maybe), Rogue, Deadpool, Spider-Man, Quicksilver, Brother Voodoo and more.
Shield is back.
New Avengers with Hulkling, Songbird, Hawkeye, Sunspot, Squirrel Girl and Wiccan – as Avengers Idea Mechanics.
Falcon returns as Cap America, with him and Steve beefing.
All New Hawkeye noticeable difference being the prominence of an almost 1602-era Kate Bishop Hawkeye with what looks to be Old Man Barton from Mark Millar‘s Wolverine run.
Guardians Of The Galaxy. The team includes Venom, Thing, Drax, Rocket – and a female Star Lord. -
The big mystery is what about my X-Men? They matter to me the most. I'm glad Miles is getting his own book.

Jean always comes back. We get it shes a phoenix they rise from the ashes but damn marvel stop killing the 🤬 its played out. -

I think Kaine or Ben died in Spider Verse, or was transformed into a human spider or something, I'll have to check. Spider Man 2099 is supposed to be back in his own time.
Still haven't seen Reed, Sue, Ultimate Reed or Cable. I also hope they expand the cosmic line. -
Old Man Logan is going to be the gem and bring back Wolverines old fans because Old Man Logan is a blood 🤬 older Logan, no longer the good guy avenger wolverine we getting that Savage Wolverine.
The X Universe looks like they going back to what made the X books giants. Extraordinary X Men, All New X Men,, Uncanny X Men is all being copped.
The Ultimates also, Where's the Mastero Solo. Uncanny Avengers looks nice.
But Not having the fantastic four feels weird

So I guess Miles is the NYC Spidey then. To me, the dopest Spider-Man costume redesign was the one that Ben Reilly rocked after the Clone Saga.
