Words like promote or outreach don't phase me, and are 🤬 initiatives. He could've done more using SBA. I wanted to see vast increases in SBA 7a,8a loans and government contracts for black businesses. He could've used the executive to get more black vendors. But business is his blind spot.
Take Clinton for all his warts:

Dope question.
Same access - less utilization. Banks are lending less, requiring more collateral, even with SBA approval. BUT SBA approved loans sell on secondary markets at a higher premium than regular loans because they are backed by government. Why not have the SBA give the banks an incentive where they'd buy the loans (then securitize it in the market) and the banks would service and underwrite the loans. Exert your influence.
I mean open the latest edition of Black Entreprise and you'll see all sorts of businesses (salons, mechanics, auto delearships, black banks) starving for capital.
Why not pull strings for DOD to advertise with some black businesses? -

Actually the thing was that provision where insurance holder's children could be covered medically up to 27 or 28 years old... (The healthcare act extended the age range)

that 🤬 reform brought my best friend outta the feds early...and he can vote in DC...don't listen to that dumb 🤬 they tell you so you won't even show up...most states restore your voting rights after your parole and probation are over....I know out in VA you gotta get special permission from the governor though which pretty much makes it impossible...I think a few other states have that 🤬
