Mentioning Jay-Z makes me question the validity of that study.
Granted, he talks about drugs...........but in the context of selling them more than using them.

Naw but I was in south Carolina and they had just put a fresh 1$ roll in and they printed out what was on that roll. Me and some other guy kept spending on that roll we both won some money. -
